Network Design & Engineering
The main focus of INTEGREATES' Network Design and Engineering (NDE) practice is to identify and solve design problems related to performance issues such as efficiency, reliability, sensitivity, availability, flexibility and scalability in:
- Circuit / packet switched networks
(Access / ATM / SDH / IP / cable networks / GSM / GPRS)
- Network Elements (switches / routers / protocols / links)
- Services running on the networks
- Mission critical OSS applications with distributed data bases
We help our customers improve the performance of their network systems (networks and applications / services) using performance monitoring tools and predictive performance modeling and simulation techniques.
Performance Management
Using a four-pronged approach of Monitoring, Prediction, Diagnosis and Tuning, we provide a systematic and scientific methodology to address network and application performance related problems.
Network Design and Analysis
INTEGREATES provides consulting services to introduce innovative services/applications on service providers' and network providers' set-up. INTEGREATES helps analyze the impact of offering a service on a client's operating network and makes recommendations on the type and number, if any, of new network equipment required. The result is a smooth introduction of the new service on the hosting network, with minimal impact to existing services
Development and Maintenance of Simulation models
INTEGREATES offers modeling services to direct users of models and simulations such as operators, service providers and equipment vendors. INTEGREATES also offers services to vendors of modeling platforms and tools, such as OPNET.
Modeling Services
- Services and applications modeling
- Protocols modeling
- Network equipment modeling
- Link and medium access control modeling
- Queuing and scheduler modeling
- Traffic characterization and source modeling
End-to-end modeling - an integration of the above models.
